Black and white photo of a group of people standing and sitting on benches outside a building, 26th January 1978 Four boys from Over Ross School made this splendid garden seat for Dean Hill Hospital. Messrs. Kemps gave the timber and the boys made the seat under the direction of their master, Mr. A.T.Lewis. Trying out the seat are members of the League of Friends, Mrs. S. Smith (life president), Mrs. J.Ollis (chairman), Mrs. E.Forder and Mrs. N.Bennett (secretary). The boys, Roger Holmes, David Knapman, Graham Smith and Paul Trotman, are pictured with the senior nursing officer, Mr. P.Maclaren and Mr. Lewis. |
