She was born in New South Wales, Australia, to Matthew Henry Marsh (1812-1881) of Ramridge House, Hampshire, MP for Salisbury, and Eliza Mary A Mereweather (1817-1900). She married Sir Herbert George Denman Croft Bt. (1838-1902) and they had had 9 children together, including Captain Sir Herbert Archer Croft Bt. (See G36-365-02). |
