A black and white photograph of a soldier seated astride a chair turned the wrong way round. He is wearing a tunic with a stand up collar with a metallic shoulder title spelling CANADA and collar badges bearing the Maple Leaf. These commenced to be worn around June/July 1918. The shoulder flash may be the formation patch of the Canadian Railway Troops. |
