Timothy Curley maps of Hereford City

A collection of 36 detailed plans hand drawn and annotated in 1855 by the city’s first municipal engineer, Timothy Curley.  This unique collection, given to HARC by the museum was originally owned by a land agent, J Inglis who was presented the maps on his retirement in 1958. They are a treasure trove of information about Victorian Hereford made by the man who first supplied the city with clean piped water.
