Black and white photograph of Percy Rogers’ Big Wheel in Broad Street in the 1970s. After Commercial Road ceased to be part of the fair at some time in the late 1960s, Broad Street (which hadn’t been used for some years) was restored to the fair and the displaced tenants, including Mr Rogers, offered ground there.
