Description | Black and white photograph of a caricature of Michael Biddulph, published in Vanity Fair on 25th July, 1891. He was born in 1834, a partner in the family bank Cocks, Biddulph and Co., and Liberal MP for Hereford county 1856 - 86 and Ross-on-Wye after boundary changes. He was Deputy Lieutenant for the County and became Baron Biddulph of Ledbury in 1903. He died in 1923 and was buried in Donnington Church. |
