Description | A black and white photograph of a large group of schoolboys in military uniforms, khaki tunics and slouch hats. some have shoulder flash HF1, others Hereford 1V. Several have rifles. In the centre are three officers of the Herefordshire Regiment and a regimental quartermaster-sergeant in the uniform of a different regiment, possibly an ex-regular soldier acting as Permanent Staff Instructor. The only schools in Herefordshire with OTCs were Hereford Cathedral School and Lucton School. |
