Matthew and Horace Skyrme

A portrait of Pte Leonard Matthew Skyrme and 2 letters regarding his death in service; also the service records and medal index card of his brother Pte Horace John Skyrme, both of whom served in the King's Shropshire Light Infantry.

Leonard was wounded in action on March 27th 1917, and died of his wounds in hospital on 5th April 1917. Horace survived the war.
