Black and white line drawing of W. Butcher & Sons' "The Motor House" garage on Brookend Street. This drawing was used in an advertisement which appeared in the Ross Gazette published on September 4, 1930. It also includes a drawing of their other garage on the corner of Cantilupe Road/Gloucester Road. The "Motor House" premises on Brookend Street was demolished in 2010 to make way for an "Aldi" supermarket. |
