It appears on the front page and is headed "Traffic in chaos after load shed". A recovery crane from Hereford had to employed to clear the road on the Wilton Roundabout following an incident involving a lorry spilling its load of metal ingots. The road was blocked for over three hours causing long traffic queues. |
