From left to right they are named as: Chairman, Mrs. Christine Page Vice-chairman, Mrs. Mary Watts Secretary, Mrs. Jean Salmon Treasurer, Mrs Janet Morris Associated articles: January 29, 1970 (page 5) The Thursday Group were a women's group formed from St. Mary's Parish Church who held activities and events to raise funds for charities and the church. In 1970 they became independent from the church. They were formerly known as St. Mary's Women's Fellowship. |
