Title Market Place: Demolition of "Raynors" [November 14, 1974]
Description Black and white photograph showing workmen clearing rubble from a demolished building. In the centre is a man operating a caterpillar tractor. Not far away are market stalls doing business. The only safety barrier between the work site and the public appears to be a flimsy piece of rope.

The building being demolished was formerly a ladies fashion and fabric shop called "Raynors" which had closed down in July 1971.

The site was redeveloped into "Boots the Chemist".
