Behind them is the corner of a structure made of pressed metal or moulded plastic panels. The article is headed "'Watch Dog' should prevent brown water in mains". From left to right, the men are named as: Mr. Colin Shepherd, M.P. Mr. Jim Lafford, acting pumping superintendent Mr. William Austin, Welsh National Water Development Authority Walford House Hotel was located on the main Ross to Lydbrook road at Coughton opposite Fowbridge Gardens bungalows . It was formerly called The Cedars Hotel after the cedar trees in the grounds. Around 1989/90 it was sold to developers who built two housing estates in the grounds; Cedar Grove and Priory Lea. The Hotel building was converted into apartments. |
