On the panel of judges were the Mayor of Ross, Mrs. Joyce Thomas; Ross Gazette reporter, Mr. Martin Morris; Florist, Miss. Bridget Like and quantity surveyor, Mr. David Open. This girl is the 3rd prize winner, Michelle Powell who lived at The Crescent in Mitcheldean. She won a £2.50 "Kids in Fashion" voucher. Walbrook Photography's studio and shop was at 15, Broad Street. "Kids In Fashion" was a children's clothing and toy shop located at 7 Market Place.
