Site excavated by owner W Betteridge without making exact observations of stratification. Pottery identified by Hawkes and reported on by Ward-Perkins. Kilns not found but burnt matter indicates their proximity. Finds in Hereford Mus.

There are several monuments to the family including the vault in this church. The tomb has no makers mark and it was thought this might be the work of Thomas White of Worcester.
