"I was offered as part of my job (Nursery Foreman) on the City Council Parks Department with the proviso you found private/purchased accommodation within a reasonable time. We were in the flat from December 1966 to December 1968. There was only a open grate for a coal fire, but it had a back boiler that heated a single radiator in the bedroom & heated your hot water. Otherwise plenty of room for two plus spare bedroom, our daughter was born while in the flat in May 1968"
