The virtual hub has been
developed by the .\ [arches
Local Enterprise Partnership.
the private sector—led organisation
tasked with driving economic growth
in He et'ordshire. Shropshire and
Telfortl &amp; \\'rekirr.
it will operate alongside physical
hub sites. including the Marches
Growth Hub l—lerelordshire. based
at the Business Solutions Centre at
Sky lon Park.
Operating in partnership with the
L'niversit} of Wolverhampton. the
hub facility \\lll provide a resource
and facilities for businesses as well as
a calendar of events to support new
and established business.

online resource and the hub facility
at the Enterprise Zone - but we are
pleased with how businesses have
responded to what is on offer here.

business support. they can easily

find support relevant to them. whether
that's access to finance and funding
or help to export. Help is also only a
phone call away. and we are seeing
a healthy number of enquiries front
businesses in Herefordshire.
"The website brings
together all national and local
business support services in a
‘one stop shop‘ and the hub at the
Enterprise Zone will offer a face to
lace evension of this service."
Councillor David Harlow. from
Heretordshire Council. added: "The
Growth Hub is a particularly valuable
resource for the county. which has
a higher than average proportion of
simplified and free planning, and
superfast and ultrafast broadband.

We have invested in new
access roads, remediated
brownfield sites, and brought
all the necessary services to the
plots. 15 acres have already been
developed with a_number of new
businesses already benefitting
from locating here. Several other
self-employed people in comparison
to other parts of the country.
"This facility will be invaluable for

training which is local and therelore

More than 3'0 businesses attended a
business showcase event in November
to mark the launch of the hub.
Mr Myers added: “The Marches
Growth Hub is one of around 30
