A host of
items left
behind in
Travelodge
FORGETFUL owners left
behind a host of bizarre
items at a Hereford hotel
ranging from a zimmer
frame to a grandfather
clock.
Hotel Chain 'l‘ravelodge
said a signed guitar, a case
containing doorbells and
a chess table were also
found in their hotel rooms
in Hereford over the last 12
months.

Travelodge spokeswoman.
said: “Our 2015 left-behind
register has revealed that
we have become a no»
11011 obsessed with smart
technology. as we have
had a noticeable increase
in chargers. tablets and
smartphones left behind in
our hotels during the last 12
months.
"What is becoming evi-
dent after speaking to our
customers is that the pace
of modern life is fast and
furious We are controlled

able possessions are being
foigotten

cast of Beauty and the
Beast may have taken
their final bow from this
season of pantomimes
but they me still making
youngsters smile
Acto1s found time in
their busy schedules to
dress up and visit the Chil-
dren’s Ward at Hereford
County Hospital
While talking to the
young patients the cast
gave out goodies as pa1t
of The C0111 tya1ds com-
mitment to w01king in the
community.
They also brought a snip—
pet of the pantomime to
the children who may not
have been able to get along
to the Edgar Street art
venue.
