It is with the greatest regret that we have to place on record the death of Mr. James Mitchell , a Councillor and ex - Mayor of Here- ford , which occurred at his residence late on Saturday night , at the age of 67 years . For some time , Mr. Mitchell had been in failing health , and his death was really not unexpected . 18th , and any particulars can be obtained from the Hon .
