Title | Group of Herefordshire Rifle Volunteers |
---|---|
Description | A black and white photograph of an informally posed group of Herefordshire Rifle Volunteer Corps officers and other ranks. The two officers stand either side wearing Forage Caps with the 69 Badge of the Militia, the others are standing or seated, some wearing glengarries and leather gaiters. Either side of the central group, rifles are stood up and there are various helmets and items of infantry equipment scattered around. This would seem to be after the inspection (see G36-028-03) as the Major is seen there. |
