Description Black and white photograph showing Frank Owen, with two men and his wife, said to be an American heiress. Owen had last been elected MP in Hereford back in the 1920s. He returned in 1956 to fight for the seat, but lost. Derek Evans acted as his PR man. Picture taken during his travelling caravan campaign speaking in the scattered villages of south Herefordshire. Far left is John Thomas, association agent, and far right, Mr R Cornwall, agent. Date and publication unknown.
