NEW INSTRUCTIONS EXPLAINED . A meeting of Leominster Borough Local Tribunal was held on Tuesday evening at the Town Hall , when there were present : Ald . H. Gosling ( in the chair ) , Ald . There were not many of that description in the town . Measures had been taken for replacing men fit for the higher grades of military service , by men not so fit , and women .
