LEATHER RESTRICTIONS
The immense quantity of leather required for military purposes has resulted in a serious shortage of stocks available for the civilian trade . Manufacturers also are unable to cope with the demands of the public as they are occupied with work for the Allied armies .
A great scarcity of Footwear is inevitable and we therefore remind you of the necessity for preparedness .
Our stocks represent the pick of the market to - day and you will readily understand that they cannot be replaced at present prices , if at all . A call at our premises in HIGH STREET will convince you that better value is unobtainable .
