A competition entitled "Holiday Journey Through Time" had been run during August with the concept of encouraging children to use the library to find answers to a series of questions. The winners were presented with their prizes by the Mayor of Ross. The prize-winners are pictured with the Mayor and are named as: On the left, June Hurst and Victoria Perry In the centre, Mrs. Joyce Thomas, Mayor of Ross On the right, Caroline Bengough and Rebecca Morley Jones At the time, Ross Library was located in the Market House. |
