There is no article heading The occassion is the 1st and 2nd Ross cubs and scouts Christmas Bazaar which was held in their headquarters hut near the swimming pool (Red Meadow car park). The lady is the Mayor of Ross, Mrs, Joyce Thomas, who opened the bazaar and judged the banners. The winners are named (but not specifically identified in the photograph) as: Cub scouts 1.
